By accessing or using viralvideosearch.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ViralVideoSearch is a research and educational tool that helps users discover publicly available viral videos on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and generates AI-powered analyses and recreation briefs for inspiration.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Reproduce, copy, or republish copyrighted content without permission from the original creator.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or harassing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All viral videos surfaced by the Service remain the property of their original creators and the respective platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). ViralVideoSearch claims no ownership over third-party content. AI-generated briefs are provided to you under a non-exclusive, revocable license for personal and commercial creative use, provided you create your own original content rather than republishing the source.

7. Credits & Billing

  • New accounts receive 5 free credits at signup. No credit card required.
  • Analyses are available on monthly subscriptions (Creator $49/month for 100 analyses, Agency $149/month for 400) or as a one-time $19 pack of 15 analyses. Subscription analyses reset each month and do not roll over; one-time pack credits do not expire.
  • Search is free and unlimited. 1 credit = 1 AI video analysis. Credits never expire.
  • All credit pack purchases are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion in cases of platform failure or duplicate billing.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recreating any analyzed video will produce viral results. Virality depends on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViralVideoSearch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
